As a City based Accountant in London, I’ve already got buy to let’s in London, ISA’s and Pensions but I wanted Financial Freedom sooner. I’m cautious and needed to know that if I wanted a career or lifestyle change, I could make choices to have an immediate passive income, so instead of working such long hours for my money, my savings should now work harder for my future.
Over the last 18 months, I will now have over £3.5k per month in rental profit spread over 5 properties. The average initial cost of each house was £130k and they all have mortgages on them, which are fixed for 5 years. They have all also increased in price during the buying process. In 2018 we’ll be working on a strategy to start paying off the mortgages.
From setting up a limited company, to sourcing and refurbishment Sabby, Sam and Marz have been with me all the way and I couldn’t have done all this on my own.
Marz and Sabby have great knowledge of Birmingham and I was able to see what great investment can be made for the funds I had. Once we had selected my portfolio, Sam handled the refurbishment of these properties very professionally and made sure they were completed per the timeline.
